Haughty Tamale Company was created by a chef turned mom with a passion for feeding her family and friends fabulous food. Every recipe is made with love using the finest, locally sourced ingredients. We strive to offer menu items that can be enjoyed by all dietary choices. Living, Loving and Working in New Mexico for over a decade has become a true influence in our food flavor profile. We are a small family owned and operated business offering several gourmet tamale flavors as well as chef created meals, salads, quiches, baked goods, and snacks via scheduled delivery, convenient pick ups at one of our markets, and weekly pop-up locations or shipped directly to you (coming soon.)
